CPRS Vancouver launches #CPRSVAN60

We’re 60!

In 1959, the Canadian Public Relations Society (CPRS) officially launched a society chapter in Vancouver, B.C. This year marks the 60th anniversary of the chapter and we want to celebrate with all the people who have been involved in shaping the success of CPRS Vancouver over the last six decades!

We’re thrilled to announce that this spring, CPRS Vancouver will unveil #CPRSVAN60, an initiative to honour the past and celebrate the future of our chapter, and of our rapidly evolving industry.

Reflecting on where we’ve come from and looking ahead to where we want to collectively go is an exciting journey that we’re hoping to embark on with you. To get the ball rolling, we’ve created a short information gathering survey for you to complete. Through this survey, you can submit photos, videos, stories and tell us how you want to be involved in this milestone anniversary.

Over the next three months, it is our intention to compile an array of historical and current information to support the planning of our 60th anniversary celebration event, which will occur in early June during CPRS Vancouver’s Annual General Meeting and Summer Social. We hope you’ll get engaged by submitting creative content based on a variety of themes, participating in a video or phone interview, or searching through your old pictures and sending in some fond memories of your involvement with CPRS Vancouver. Of course, we also hope that you will join us in person at the celebration this June!

We’re #CPRSProud to be #CPRSVAN60.

Please fill out the information gathering survey here and follow us online using the above hashtag to find out more about what’s to come.
