CPRS Vancouver announces new appointments to its Board of Directors: Nevasha Naidoo appointed as Director of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI); Roberta Pratticò as Director of Volunteer Services and Dina Zaid as Co-Director of Communications.
Nevasha Naidoo, born in South Africa, is a seasoned senior communications practitioner, entrepreneur, consultant, and project manager with a wealth of experience of over 23 years. Nevasha excels in corporate communications—specifically in brand development, digital and social media management, public relations, reputation management, and publicity management. She has successfully managed local, national, and international marketing and communications projects across diverse sectors.
Nevasha leads the EDI program and will advise on strategies to create a more diverse and inclusive organization.

Roberta Pratticò had ten years of experience in policing before transitioning to public relations and communications. Roberta leads the communications team at the Vancouver Aboriginal Child and Family Services Society. She has extensive experience overseeing stakeholder relations, strategic planning, program management and community engagement within Indigenous communities and the government.
Roberta is responsible for the recruitment, screening and placement of volunteers. She will implement a volunteer retention strategy to ensure volunteers are offered rewarding opportunities for personal and professional development.

Dina Zaid is a communications leader with over 14 years of industry experience. Dina is
working with a Canadian fusion energy company, General Fusion. She works on comprehensive communications strategies designed to build relationships with public audiences and stakeholders. Dina also has years of experience in Dubai, leading campaigns for FIFA Club World Cup, European Tour’s DP World Tour Championship and World Triathlon events.
